Disappointing service at hotel
Well I asked for wheelchair accessible room because I can’t walk because I have a broken foot and they did not accommodate I had already reserved the room so couldn’t get money back. When we got there to check in the lady didn’t try to find a wheelchair accessible room for me the wheelchair didn’t fit through the door in our room so my husband had to try and figure how to make it fit through it. I have never known for La Quintas to be like this San Angelo is not accommodating and friendly. The 2nd room 159 there was water on rug leaking from somewhere and there were no shampoos or soaps in there and no remote for tv. we didn’t know we had to request for room to be cleaned and towels replaced. So this was very disappointing to us. We were in room 158 and the tub had black stuff in it had to rinse it out. We shouldn’t have to clean our own room that’s why we pay for the service when renting a hotel.
