Just horrible - dirty, badly kept, broken lampshades - one with a hole in it! - lights that didn't work, found old food next to the bed. First bathtub looked like a murder scene, no way I would have stepped into it. Second room: good bathtub, main entry light didn't work. Staff behind the desk was stellar, likewise the dining room staff - aside from that, what a disaster. Junk that stayed on the hallway floor for almost a week, even though housekeeping was there every day. Room cleaning was irregular, unpredictable, inefficient. I'd cut myself and unfortunately bled onto the sheet and pillow. Cleaned it up as best I could, but still very visible; **the cleaning person pulled the coverlet up right over the bloodstains!** There was no way they could have missed it. Had to ask downstairs (for the 2nd time) for the bed to be made up fresh. A mended bedspread, and a torn towel with a hole in it.
I can't believe Hilton puts its name on this dilapidated joint. I plan to write them, and to put this on every possible review site to spare anyone I can from booking a room here. What a cluster.
