The soundproofing is poor. On 2 separate days, the TV in the next room (which was empty) was on and played all day and through the night, till we complained to the desk. One night we could hear the people in the room on the other side talking loudly till about 2a, broken up by loud noises of them having sex.
The hotel charges $30 extra a day as a "resort fee", justifying by giving $15 credit if you eat there, passes to a museum we didn't want to go to, passes to a gym we didn't use.

The staff was nice and very helpful. There was plently of dining and shopping with in walking distance. BMO stadium was an easy drive. I highly recommend this hotel.
