Great location, otherwise just okay
The staff was friendly and professional :) The room was not as expected.
Imagine you on a romantic getaway with your significant other. One of you wakes up in the night and visits the bathroom. No problem, right? Wrong. As soon as you turn on the bathroom light for even a second, the ventilation goes all "Let me play you the song of my people!" for the next 5 minutes or so. Also, whenever a neighbor flushes a toilet it sounds like it might be a good idea to gather up some animals and start building an ark.
The wifi is super slow, slower than in any other hotel that i have been to inn my life. One might want to extend one's stay if one planning to watch some Netflix.
2h before check-in I literally saw them washing the windows of the 3 sea view rooms. When I go to my room (one of those 3), there is bird poop on the glass (not much though). Btw it's not safe to use extendable ladders to wash windows on that height. Please take care of your staff and contractors.
The location is excellent! The view from the sea view rooms is also very nice although it's a bit too easy to see inside from the walkway outside. It's nice that the breakfast offered also other options than Scottish Breakfast although it would be nice to have something with more fresh vegetables or fruits.
