We stayed 13 days at this property. Nine days past before our room had a full clean following many calls and requests from both my husband and myself. I was told different stories from the manager on call, housekeeping supervisor, front desk staff about full cleaning services every other day, every two days and daily wipe down, towels, trash, and “maybe” make bed. Oddly, vacuuming was not part of a full clean. One had to ask for it. The daily clean and full clean did not happen without much effort on our part. It appears Hilton and this particular hotel is no longer interested in cleaning hotel rooms nor customer service. I asked for a partial refund due to the repeated problem and complaints and was told no.
