The location on the hotel is good, that is about it. The room was dark, only a small window to the back alley, so the window was completely useless. The walls were paper thin, we could hear people speaking in the rooms next to us and inside the elevator. Every morning at 6am a lot of noise from the elevator or from the cleaner, don't know what it was but woke us up every morning. There was also mold in the bathroom and the room smelled moldy when we got in but you quickly get used to it. The elevator was tiny, could hardly fit two people with luggages and it stopped between floors so we were forced to carry our luggage in the staircase anyways. Tried breakfast once, ok but nothing special there. All of this could have been overlooked, but some our belongings also disappeared (read: was stolen) from the room; money, food and a jewelry piece. The staff couldn't find out what had happened since no-one had seen or heard anything, we suspect the cleaners. The made us look fools by asking whether we have surely checked the room to make sure our stuff actually was missing, also complained us not using the safety box. Though, haven't ever imagined putting food and spare coins in the safety box, have you? Besides, they should probably have bigger safety boxes to fit your luggage in there as well, just in case. We did not see the manager, they only asked us to write an email to them. No apologies, no compensation, no nothing. Such a disappointment!
