No quality
We had an unpleasant stay in this hotel. It started from the beginning when we got to our room. We never received the key from the bellboy who took us to our room. We had to go to the reception to get one. Then we noticed we only had one towel -> again to the reception. Waited 50 minutes for the one single towel. After that we realized our safety is closed -> reception. Again. Minor things but you expect those kinds of things to be in order in a 4 -star hotel.
The major setback happened a night before our checkout. While packing I wasn't able to find my pants that I'd worn the same morning at breakfast and which I had put on our couch before leaving the hotel in the morning. I went through all my stuff and they were nowhere!! I went to the reception and explained what had happened and 3 guys promised to take care of it. In the morning of checkout the new guy in the reception didn't know anything about my pants. Surprise... I told the story yet again and he promised to check with the laundry.. Finally, my pants were nowhere to be found. I even spoke with the hotel manager on the phone and he promised to find out what had happened. Three weeks have gone by and nothing. I was very disappointed on how the matter was handled. Overall we stayed in 8 hotels in Colombia and this was the worst even though this was supposed to be the best!!
Therefore cannot recommend this hotel.
