We stayed in the cheapest room in third floor. The room was not renovated as most of the others are, as far as I know. This didn't bother us, but what bothered us was the dirty bathroom which wasn't in a very good condition. The fridge wasn't the cleanest either.
Besides the fridge and bathroom being somewhat of second class, everything in the room and with the hotel was alright. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked fine and the balcony was really nice. We really thought the location was great, too, especially after discovering the quick path through the spa to Legian.
The breakfast buffet was better than I expected: everyday there was a different fulfilling plate and the papaya and pancake were good. The coffee wasn't, and don't drink the "plain water" which is tap water. For dinner the nice and cosy restaurant is a great option. Gado gado was particularly delicious and costed only 25,000IDR.
The service in Bakung Sari was great, everyone was really helpful and nice. All in all the hotel was great for the price of 20 EUR per night, though I do recommend taking one of the better rooms if you are demanding with the cleanliness.
