Checked in was fast, elevator was close by. Staff were always nice. The housekeepers that we encountered in the hallways were always smiling. There was cold citrus and strawberry infused water, by the walkway which was very welcoming and amazing on a hot summer day. We got into our two queen bed room, it was huge. I believe it was an ADA compliant room. The problem was there was barely any counter space in the bathroom and there was no closet to hang our clothes.
We appreciated the big desk, and we used it a lot. Coffee maker *keurig was good too, and they refilled our Kcups and coffee accoutrements when it was out. Two of our key cards were always not working. I had to stop by the desk 4 times to get it resynced, in the end it just won't work, so I gave up.
It was funny that the hotel that shared the entrance had free breakfast and the Hilton Garden Inn, didn't. It did have the free coffee in the morning where the fruit infused water was in the afternoon. So we didn't get breakfast there, although plenty of other people did.
Parking always looked full but we've always found a good spot not too far from the entrance. We have made good use of their bag trolley for bringing in our luggage and cases of bottled water. It was hard to steer, but we needed it.
Overall good for what I paid, next time we are in the area, we might book next door to see if the rooms are the same plus get the free breakfast.
