I had a shocking experience with a very dirty room, no towels, ripped bed sheets and unmade bed, one very rude manager told me it was my fault and then refused to move me, and as I was exhausted and it was late, once they gave me clean bed linens I just slept. The next day another manager was much more understanding and asked me to let him know when I would be back so he could redeem my custom. I'm still not sure i would go back and I will definitely be requesting a refund.
