We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in late July this year and as a whole, the stay was very pleasant. Our triple room contained everything I would expect from a three star hotel: comfortable beds, air conditioning and a relatively spacious toilet. Our room had two small balconies, too. The thing I must complain about are the lights, as the room was very dark. The problem could easily be fixed with the addition of a couple halogen spots.
I have nothing to complain about the service either. The maids seemed to do their work well, too. The breakfast was OK and the assortment was sufficient, but there could have been some variation in it, as the repertory was the same every single day.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It´s near the bus and train stations as well as the vaporetto stops (Ferrovia and Guglie). And of course, there are dozens of restaurants in the neighborhood.
As a conclusion one could state that this hotel is a magnificent choice if the main intention of your trip to Venice is to explore the city and use the hotel room for just sleeping and personal grooming. If not, then one should maybe look for some other alternatives.
