Pleasant but I would not stay here again.
Overall my stay was pleasant, but I would not return. The wifi was unstable & would constantly turn on & off randomly. I had to go outside to the pool area to have more efficient wifi.
The bungalow does not block off sound well. I could hear the people playing ping pong outside with loud music on past 7pm, so it was difficult to sleep at night. From inside my room, I could hear people swimming in the pool & eating breakfast outside. I could hear the speakers playing music when I tried to sleep at night.
That said, the staff was attentive when I complained about the noise & quickly fixed it. The staff was nice and understanding.
There was one day when the toilet would not flush at all, but the staff fixed it.
The hot water in the shower was inconsistent & would go from hot to warm to cold randomly, even during short 5 minute showers. In other words, I never knew when I would be able to have a hot shower or not as the hot water was unreliable.
Overall, the room was clean. But the upstairs area with the twin beds smelled like dust.
