The hotel was really nice, in a walkdistance from anywhere in Warsaw. We were there for three nights, and the room was adequite, perhaps not luxurious, but adequite. The spa-basement was super nice, however there were two questionable things: the water didnt come as warm or cold but morely randomly, it seems that as it is a very old building, theres a water boiler and it chooses the temperature rather than the guest. The massage / beauty salon in itself was not as awesome as expected, as we booked from the receptionist a couple’s spa, for a specific amount of money, and got a whole other massages for almost double the price. The issue in here was the language barrier between us and the beauty salon employees, as English in Warsaw was more difficult to speak than Russian.
