Not for us wont be back
This is not the place to stay if you have kids or if you expect a modicum of customer service. Little to no accommodations made for them, they’re catering to seniors at this resort. Lots of rules that don’t make sense. You can use the pool but you can’t exchange your towels at that pool even though they have towels you have to walk another quarter mile. The front desk operates like it’s out of the last century no self checkout. No business center, no concierge — yes there’s a concierge but only to make reservations for the all inclusive hotel restaurants. Don’t ask staff where anything is they don’t know, so untrained and not helpful. Let’s not even talk about the disaster of the breakfast and lunch buffets. If there’s only four of you and ur sitting at the six top table because there’s no four tops left expect to be chastised by the staff. Overall whomever runs this place is more than likely a staff who grew up in the ranks and has never worked in a true hospitality org or has had any exposure to a modern resort experience. a lot of money for lots of restrictions, disengaged staff and backwards policies.
