The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Yet, the room wasn't all that was promised. The shower was in quite terrible condition and the rod holding the shower head was broken, which made it difficult to use. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working, although it made a lot of noise. There was supposed to be coffee makers, ironing boards and irons in every room, but we never managed to get one of them. The hotel only has two ironing boards and irons, so you can consider yourself lucky, if you get hold of one of them during your stay. Breakfast was ok. Also, the neighbourhood is considered to be the most dangerous area in downtown Turin. We didn't run in to any trouble, but it's something to keep in mind. As a positive side, almost every room seemed to have a balcony which made up for many of the shortcomings.
