A five star hotel at the best location
We were in this hotel 4 nights on our way home from The Pacific.
The location was absolutely fine, with the shoppingcenter, restaurants and museums close by. The rooms were quite comfortable and had everything one would need. The service in the lobby was extremly good.
But: The room seemed a bit smallish for all our luggage although we had a premier suite. An extra rack for the luggage would be good. We usel the floor which is uncomfortable. Some renovation was going on, which did not disturb us since we were in the 15th floor. Some kind of demonstration was going on on both sides at the hotel entrance outside. Why I gave only 4/5 stars is because we tried to have dinner in two of the hotel’s restaurants but they were fully booked. We could not even book a table for the next day. The room service did not have a full a la carte menu. We were very disappointed not to be able to have dinner in the hotel. However there were several restaurants, even Michelin star restaurants next door in other hotels, so we were quite satisfied in the end.
