We were deeply disappointed with our recent stay at the Hampton Inn. This was not our first experience with the hotel chain, and unfortunately, it left a negative impression. The suite we had booked for six people was typically spacious and comfortable, but our experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed in our original room was visibly dirty, with brown and reddish-brown stains, as well as debris of unknown origin. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, who offered to move us to another room. However, the replacement room was also found to have a dirty sofa bed.
Despite paying over $300 for our stay and the late hour, we decided to remain in the second room, using extra sheets to minimize discomfort. Unfortunately, our problems did not end there. The bathroom was also unclean, with a visibly dirty door and a bent shower curtain pole that did not fully cover the bathtub. Additionally, the room carpet was dirty.
We believe that the quality of cleanliness at this Hampton Inn falls short of our expectations. We hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary improvements will be made to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience.
