I'll try and be fair but this is gonna be tough. I worked for Marriot for 11 years so I would like to think I am not a picky customer. Arrived at 4:45 PM room wasn't ready we had to wait maybe fifteen minutes. I wish I had given them more time because I think they rushed cleaning the room. The front desk lady wasn't nice (you would think in that situation a simple I'm sorry would be appropriate.) We got to our room and my wife thought there was a used condom on the floor. It ended up being the finger of a latex glove, but it looked bad. I threw it away and saw trash hadn't been emptied. I didn't mention it to wife because I just wanted to relax. My daughter opened sofa bed and it was gross. Miscellaneous food debris and metal tweezers. I took sheets to front desk and the clerk stated "I don't work in housekeeping so I dont know what size to get". I told her anything was better than what was left. The next morning we got up to get breakfast and there was none. The coffee was even empty. A new front desk clerk went and got some coffee after my wife mentioned it. Now to be fair the lobby was a zoo, but we waited for over half a hour and the food never got refilled. The waffle maker had out of order on it, no coffee, no bread, nothing in hot plates. When we returned for our second night the room wasn't cleaned, not a huge deal but towels would have been nice. I because of the reviews and score. I would not and will not stay here again.
