All staff are helpful and courteous, from front desk to the concierge and security officers, who remember and greet guests warmly with smiles. They are discreet and discerning in checking visitors to ensure security. Unfortunately, being located in a busy and bustling area, traffic noise can be annoying, especially caused by utility trucks and impatient drivers blaring their car horns. Although they are tolerable, there are probably little the hotel can do to address these downsides.
