Beautiful and very comfortable room with awesome decoration, loved the artwork from the painting on the wall. Very convenient location and one of the most well done and delicious breakfast in the restaurant at the Hotel.

We travel a lot and shave stayed at many luxury hotels. This one stands out with the hospitality of the staff, care with with they have put together the property to the finest detail and the ideal location with a 5 minute walk to pile gate. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

Heritage Hotel Lucia is 10/10! The location is just outside the buzz of old city but easily walking distance to everything. The staff were superb and so many little details that made our stay spectacular. And then the breakfast...just wow! Thank you for hosting us.

The perfect hotel in terms of everything including location. I can't recommend this highly enough. The staff are the most helpful I've come across and the breakfasts are incredible. The rooms are very high end and spacious with great air con 2 huge tvs in bedroom And lounge and a huge modern bathroom

旧市街から徒歩圏内で立地がとても良いです。全てのスタッフがいつも笑顔で宿泊者を気にかけてくださいました。清掃係は頻繁に宿泊者の部屋に来て、必要なものがないか聞いてくださいました。とてもホスピタリティに溢れているホテルで気持ちよく滞在できました。朝食はメニューに載っているものを食べたいだけ注文することができ、毎日幸せでした。この朝食サービスは今後もぜひ続けて欲しいです。ホテルの前の車道は常に車が行き交い、タクシーが停車しづらいですが、荷物の運び入れや運び出しも快くお手伝いしてくださり助かりました。ドゥブロブニクに来る際にはまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Hotel impecable, personel adorable, petit dejeuner vraiment excelent situe a 5min a pied des remparts. Je recommande vivement. A noter, j’aime voyager sans me spoiler par des guide et ai donc decouvert sur place que dubronik est en zone restreinte a la circulation automobile. L’hotel a ete super et tres reactif pour nous aider, un grand merci.

私たちはこのホテルのバルコニー付きのクラシックルームに1週間滞在しました。 こじんまりとした、とても居心地の良い素敵なホテルです。 ピレ門から徒歩5分という抜群の立地。連日30℃を超す暑さでしたが、ホテルに戻って休むことができたので助かりました。 ホテルは道路に面していますが、夜はとても静かです。周囲は緑も多く、早朝はバルコニーで鳥のさえずりを聴きながら瞑想、ホテル周囲の路地散歩も楽しかった！ そして特筆すべきは朝食です。ア・ラ・カルトでオーダーでき、朝食とは思えない豪華さ！少し時間はかかりますが、ゆっくり時間をとって楽しんでほしい。特にフレンチトーストが絶品でした。時間がない時は、ペストリーやハム、チーズ、果物がセットされた"スターター"だけでも充分です。 スタッフ皆さんの温かいおもてなしも最高でした。 正直、この旅行でドブロブニクは最初で最後と思っていましたが、このホテルがあるならまた戻ってきたいです。

A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants soon - looking forward to that. Will definitely return soon! Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Heritage Hotel Lucia. It is a small, beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely terrace garden where I enjoyed breakfast during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I instantly felt at home. My room was very clean, bright, and fresh-smelling. As a first-time visitor to Dubrovnik, I was very fortunate to find Heritage Hotel Lucia, especially because of its location. It is in a very convenient spot, just a 5–10 minute walk from the Old Town, so I never needed to take a bus or Uber back and forth. At the same time, because the hotel is outside the Old Town, I didn’t have to drag my luggage over cobblestone streets or navigate steep stairs—a huge advantage when traveling with a luggage! On my departure day, my taxi picked me up right in front of the hotel for my very early 4:00 a.m. airport transfer. I was especially touched that the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box for me to take to the airport. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot. I would highly recommend Heritage Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The beautiful setting, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, and—most of all—the wonderful staff made my stay truly memorable. Thank you Heritage Hotel Lucia! Ad

The hotel strikes the perfect balance between boutique charm and luxury comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the beautifully designed rooms to the impeccable cleanliness and attention to guest service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel welcome. The location is ideal for exploring the City Walls of Dubrovnik, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. An easy 10 minute walk to the main Pile gates put you in the heart of the old town, and returning back felt like coming home. What truly sets Hotel Lucia apart is its hospitality. Miriam, Anna, and the entire team created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and personal. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so authentic and heartfelt. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. This property is one of the highlights of our trip so far.

A well-located, charming property for its proximity to Dubrovnik Old Town. The hotel is in immaculate condition with modern, clean interiors consisting of pristine white walls and tiled floors. From the main road, there are a few steps up to the hotel. Our taxis tended to stop on a side road opposite to avoid hindering the traffic flow. It is a short downhill walk along the main road which leads to the gateway of the spectacular old town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfasts were prepared to order, plentiful and delicious. There is an indoor bar area with a couple of tables and chairs outside. The majority of rooms seemed to be arranged around a central staircase with a lift. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, but it was possible to hear other guests quietly traversing the stairwell in the morning. We booked one of the higher category rooms: a rectangular room with 3 windows and impressive views. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable, and perhaps the only thing we might have wished for was a bath. Sleep quality was great though. We were aware that there was no outdoor plunge pool, but it might have been a relief from the intense heat of Summer for a longer stay. The breakfast terrace is a pleasant, sunlit place to begin the day. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage Hotel Lucia for 2 nights in July 2026. Where do I start... The location was perfect - a very short walk to Pile Gate, but away from all the cruise ship crowds - looking out onto Fort Lovrijenac. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, and the airport transfer was easy and very reasonably priced (the car was literally parked right outside the terminal doors). WIFI was easy with no issues. Breakfast (included) was next level. Fresh pastries and a charcuterie board were on the table before we'd even ordered. Everything is made to order - the french toast and avocado on sourdough were incredible. The fruit platter was so fresh and the salmon rosti was divine. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The finishes and all of the details with the rennovation are quality. Friends told us to stay inside the Old Town walls (as it was our first time in Dubrovnik), but we wanted to be away from the crowds (cruise ship crowds come in around 9/10am until late). We booked Hotel Lucia as it was so close to Old Town but not on top of the crowds. We are so glad we did. It has that personal, boutique feel but with proper 5 star luxury. Another drawcard is Sesame Restaurant - just across the road! If Hotel Lucia has availability for your dates (and works for your budget), don't overthink it. An absolute hidden gem. Being outside the walls isn't even a thought given how close it is. Thank you Hotel Lucia for such a great stay!!!

Experiencia incrível. Localização perfeita. Predio extremante bem restaurado e de excelente gosto e elegancia, Equipe especializada em um atendimento personalizado e atencioso, Café da manhã deliciso , fantástico mesmo. Amenites de marcas de luxo. Só tenho elogios. Infelizmente o restaurante não estava ainda operante, Espero que o preço não suba depois de meus elogios
