The room wasn't very big but since I was staying alone it was fine for me - decent. The staff was extremely helpful. Affordable and comfortable. Well connected and accessible to all tourists attractions and IST airport as well via public transport.

I'm really surprised that customer services are in Sera hotel professional! Silent place and surrounded with markets. All historical places and see sightings are available and easy to reach from Sera hotel. Don't forget that in the morning delicious breakfast is waiting for you in Sera hotel! Thank you 🙏!

Unfortunately we got bed bugs bites all over our bodies! The cleanliness was really bad, the room was already dirty with a lot of small hairs in the bed and during our stay the room wasn't cleaned up either.
To be fair the staff was friendly and they wanted to help with the WIFI, which wasn't working in the room. Luckily we were able to use another WIFI for one day in the room. The included Turkish breakfast was quite alright for the price and the location of the hotel is also not too bad.

Biz yorumlardan temiz olduğunu bulduğumuz için gitmiştik ama bence bir önceki misafirin nevresimleri aynı şekilde kullanılmıştı aşırı rutubet vardı yatak başları çok pisti yastık kılıfı çok pisti. Kötü kokudan uyuyamadık gece ki kapı pencere açık olmasına rağmen. Klimamız su akıtıyordu. Lavaboda peçete falan yoktu biz kendimiz istedik. Tuvaletler temiz değildi saçlar vardı hep. Başka odada yüksek sesle kavgalar oldu söylediğimiz halde bir kere uyardılar ondan sonra uyarmadılar gecenin saat üçüne kadar o kavganın bitmesini bekledik o yüzden hiç dinlenemedik kahvaltısı vardı ama hijyeninden emin olmadığımız için kahvaltımızı orada yapmadık görüntüsü fena değildi kahvaltını fiyatına göre iyiydi. Bölge olarak bence tek kadın olarak gidecekseniz tercih etmeyin ama birkaç kişi gidecekseniz sıkıntı olmayabilir.
