My room was 6 degrees Celsius unless I had the heater turned on high all the time. And even then it only covered the area around the bed. The rest of the room as well as the floor was ice cold at all times.
The rooms were poorly designed, no room to even open a suitcase in spite of plenty of squatemeters.
Water in the shower was lukewarm at best, so it wasn’t even possible to get warm after a long day outside.
I paid 26.000 won per night through my booking at Hotels for the breakfast which was very disappointing as well (it was 13.000) if I just paid at the hotel, which was very unfortunate.
I ended up checking out after 3 days even though I paid for a week, and they wouldn’t reimburse me the rest of the money even though it’s a very common practice.
I wouldn’t return when visit Seoul again some day.
