Location was perfect close to lots of major sites including TheNational Gallery, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben to name a few. Within easy walk to theatres. Hotel clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Room had everything you needed along with comfortable beds. There is a water station on each floor along with a cupboard to stock up on anything you may have forgotten: toothbrush, comb, sewing kits, extra tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was a good size. clean and very quiet, hotel was well located for our trip to London. A larger variety of teas would have been nice and a biscuit, there was no shower cap or sanitary pack provided.
But we had a very enjoyable stay.

The elevator was out of service for multiple days during our stay. We had to walk up six flights of stairs several times after already walking several miles around the city. We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional.
