I had reserved two queen beds for three adults, but two double beds came up. I told the hotel that I had reserved a queen room and showed them my reservation details. However, the hotel said no other rooms were available and that it was a hotels.com problem, so I had to contact the hotels.com help center. However, the help center chat made me wait and then ended up forcing me to end the chat. When I made the reservation, the queen size room was a little more expensive than the double room, but I wanted to feel good about my stay, so I reserved a queen room, but it was not available. I am angry that both the hotel and the reservation site were irresponsible.
I have used the hotel many times and this is the first time I have had such an experience.
