Mostly Good
This was a mostly good experience.We were upgraded to a room in the Ruby Tower that helped with easier access to the parking garage which was critical while traveling with two dogs.
Pros:
Centrally located but limited walkability.
Excellent, spacious room with a good view. Easy and free parking.
Dogs of any size are very welcome; the pet fee is reasonable.
Good staff members.
Cons: They were playing incredibly loud music to drown out the voices of their striking workers. This was awfully unpleasant and caused my dogs as well as me anxiety. The music was particularly bad in the pet relief and parking areas.
The resort fee should vary by season (e.g., pool availability) and should be less for just a night's stay.
