I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable. Multiple staff members assisting with our luggage persistently asked for tips, and when we mentioned we didn’t have cash, they continued to linger. We were told we were receiving an upgrade to a three-bedroom suite, but unfortunately, several things in the room weren’t working, including the air conditioning. It was extremely difficult to get assistance—whether trying to reach someone by phone or waiting in long lines at the front desk, the response was slow or nonexistent. I’ve visited Las Vegas many times, and sadly, this was the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had.
