We got to the hotel at 10:30 am and asked if our room was ready after a long flight, they said it was ready, but I would have to pay an additional fee, I would have to wait till 4pm for check in. had suitcases and carryons and was traveling with a child, so could not just wait there for nearly six hours. I looked at the website and under check out and check in and there were fees listed for late check out, however, nothing about about early check in. I went back the day before I left and spoke to manager , about the charge, I showed him the website, he said the hotel couldn’t write everything on their website, then went into an office to look for documents about early check in and he found nothing. He said anything before 12pm cost 45 dollars. I said first of all the girls at the front desk never mentioned the option for 12pm check in, there is nothing on your website and any other hotel I ever stayed in, once your room was ready they let you check in. Manager didn’t even want to hear anything about this and said the charge will stay.
In addition we went to the front desk three times complaining about water pressure in the shower and how the water was super cold, they did absolutely nothing.
