TV didn’t work (wanted to move us late at night after my special needs child was already asleep after we had driven 24 hrs straight 1600 miles), two lamps didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work (was 40 degrees next morning)outlets kept nearly frying our phones so we couldn’t charge them, and I requested a first level or handicap room at booking (I have MS, son has severe autism/host of medical issues) and we got a 3rd floor room and elevator broke so we had to walk our luggage and everything down “slick” stairs. The motel 6 I have stayed at last minute there was far nicer and friendlier and cleaner (floors here were damp, horribly stained). Just overall awful, oh, but the refunded one night per “their rules.” Pretty sure ADA laws would say otherwise. Disputing it with my bank. Each day it was something and just got worse over the 3 days we stayed. If it wasn’t so hard to move a special needs kid/our luggage down three flights I would have checked out sooner. Didn’t dream it would just go from bad to worse to impossible. Pics of floor of our room when we walked in.
