8/10 Good
"The hotel property itself was nice. Small rooms, as expected, but enough space to make things work. In our experience, the bed was very firm and the pillow were very low quality, with only one side being soft, which was really terrible."

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3

10/10 Excellent
"Front desk staff were helpful and assisted us with self check in. We sent suitcases ahead and they were waiting for us in our assigned room. Room was clean and shower was hot. It’s the only hotel of our trip that did not have a smart tv with Netflix, Prime nor You Tube. Bed and pillow were quite firm and the comfort double room was spacious with separate desk, bench, side table & chair. You can bring an airport luggage cart to your room to load up suitcases and roll directly to departures at Terminal 3. Self check out was quick. Desk staff will hold bags after check out if you have a late flight and want to explore Haneda Garden. We would consider staying here again."
