The staff was wery polite and helpful. The first look of the room was nice but a closer look revealed that there were holes on the bathroom floor, the curtains weren't fully hanged and my friend even got a splinter on her finger from the rough edge of a table. We were given an disabled room in the first floor, which was just next to the lifts (neither of us are in a wheelchair so we didn't need it). The sink in the bathroom was so low that it was impossible to wash your hands without flooding the floor. There weren't any hooks in the bathroom walls to hang the towels and the shelf was so small that two women's toiletries couldn't possibly fit in. The only mirror of the room was in the bathroom and the lighting was weak for makeup. The shower was nice, but the biggest inconvenience was that the bathroom door was made of glass and without any soundproofing, so there wasn't any privacy in the bathroom! There weren't any blankets in the bed, only two sheets on top of each other. We got blankets the next day, one of them had food on it. The television had only spanish and catalan speaking channels, and the reception was weak. Our deal didn't include breakfast and we didn't try the hotel's because we thought it was too expensive. But all these complaints couldn't change the fact that the location was ideal and we might consider coming back if there was a good deal. We wouldn't pay the full prize though and would never call this a 4 star hotel.
