My husband and I went for honeymoon all inclusive at Warwick hotel . We had a terrible experience, will never go back again . It was disappointing, especially for a honeymoon. The hotel didn’t meet our expectations at all.
“Worst customer service—had to change rooms three times and waited until 4:30 PM to get one every single time . The hotel was in good condition , the toilet flusher was not working, the AC was extremely noisy, the water smelled awful, and Housekeeping was just average.
The greeter at reception never smiled and was unwilling to help—except for Tamara, who was the only helpful staff member and trying her best.
Definitely not worth the stay.
On top of that, we were promised a one-night refund by the manager, Christal, but it was never processed. It has been a week and nothing yet .
We reserved and paid for 2 activities with the concierge service , one of them get canceled without any notification . We waited there for almost 1 hr and nobody mentioned anything so we lost a day of activity . The only positive was the beach and the weather 21 degree . The activities inside the hotel very interesting as well.
