"Our reservation was for two nights but one and one. (We had to travel after one night and come back to stay for one more night.) we paid same amount for same conditions. The first room was amazing but the second room was just the oppozite of the first one. We were very disappointed."

"AC didn’t keep the room cool enough and I booked a poolside view but got city. Hotel is looking tired. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Had a nespresso machine but no spoon or milk. Complimentary water was good. Cleanliness in the room probably as good as they could get - bathrooms need a refurb in reality. Well positioned though. "

"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "

"Perfect location! An easy 15 minute walk into the Medina but out of the hustle. In a beautiful and safe area. The hotel staff was very good overall. The patio for our unit was not very clean but other areas were excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied and all items were delicious. "

"Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice. "

"Lovely hotel with real character, huge rooms, and a little quiet oasis even though right in the old town. Main square only 3 minute walk and central for most things. Lovely lounge/fire/pool table area facing the main pool to evening chill. "
