From the time we walked into reception until the time we checked out the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are beautiful with comfort and quiet.
Options of restaurants were no shortage.
Water views only steps away.

Enjoyable stay
We stayed 3 nights at WBH to attend a nearby wedding and were pleasantly surprised by the level of friendly service and the well-designed rooms. The location has a good blend of being reasonably close to things but also a relaxed area to do some walks and enjoy some good scenery. Would gladly stay again.

Lovely hotel in beautiful location with bar and food options right on the premises. Rooms were large and nicely decorated; Bed comfortable. The only downside was the noise at 7.30am on Sunday from the clean up crew/bottles and rubbish compacting. Apart from that, great. I'd stay there again.

The views! Fantastic and friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, beds are comfy and kids loved the loft. Free parking a bonus and a 1 min walk to ferry. We will definitely stay here again.

Waited forever for front desk help. They overbooked so I didn't get the room I paid for and had to move multiple times. The manager said I would get half of my night stay which was a blatant lie and now they are unresponsive. Horrible experience.
