The room had a water leak possibly coming from the shower or the room up above the bathroom floor was all wet and the carpet as well. I had two nights for the weekend, I tried twice to make a maintenance report with the front desk but did not succeed. Stayed in the room for the night it had gotten much worse over the night my slippers and socks were all wet. I almost slipped in the bathroom requested extra towels three times. I ended up going to the front desk in person and Jesus was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience he spoke with his manager and gave us another room, which was very nice. I always come to The Rio on my visits to Las Vegas and this was the first time I had an issue. I always give 5 stars I would have given 3 because of my first night. I hope on my next visit I do not have an inconvenience. But A big thank you to Jesus truly appreciate him
