This place was beyond terrible. The pictures are NOT what the place, looks and smells like in reality! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER this hotel. I am surprised Hotels.com doesn't do better due diligence on properties listed on their website.

It is not a very nice room. Very small, just a bed and end table. No closet just hooks on the door. No window and very noisy in the hallway. Staff was very nice. Room was clean, but sparse.

There is no elevator!! and my room was at the 4th floor! a staff member helped me carry my suitcase up to the 4th floor!!

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in going back 50 years. Tiny room, bed smashed in the corner of the room. No side tables. If you’re on the inside against the wall, crawl over partner to go to the bathroom. One light hanging from the ceiling. Bed takes up 80% of the tiny room area. This room opened into the front entry/reception area. Tiny bathroom with sink so narrow it’s hard to fit both hands into the sink at the same time. Bathroom door knob is so tight beware of skinning knuckle Suggest anywhere else

Room was awful and was not even close as to what was shown in the booking. No wash cloths, stains on the lamp shades, hand/finger prints on the head board, bathroom door wouldn’t close, hair and stuff in sink, used Q tips on floor and tub was so dirty you couldn’t take a bath

La chambre réservye type deluxe c'est transformé en chambre de 8m2 sans fenêtres, ni chaise, ni placard, ni meuble, ni porte manteau...aucun équipement mis à part la clim.et la Tv...je n'ai paw eu la pprestation que j'avais payé...

The room wasn't properly cleaned; one of the curtains was old and broken. It hadn't been cleaned well—there was trash left by a previous guest in the bin. The checkout time differed from what was listed on the website.

Stayed for the first time at this hotel during a recent trip to NYC. It was a 5-night stay, and it was fine. It was a great location and the room was clean but there were a few odd things about the stay. First the front door was always locked and your room key didn't provide access, so every time you wanted to enter the hotel you had to "ring the doorbell" (the doorbell didn't work) or knock on the door so someone could let you in, but if the staff was not at the front desk, you sometimes had to wait. My room also didn't have a shower curtain, which I thought was strange. Granted, I didn't say anything and it was fine. But they also didn't clean my room once over the course of my five day stay. Again, I didn't say anything so partly my fault, but it was just odd. If it had been a shorter stay, I might not have minded, but in 5 days, the room should have been cleaned at least once or twice. All that being said, it wasn't unclean and the staff was friendly. There was nothing bad about my stay, but the locked front door and lack of shower curtain were definitely different.

For the price and location it was great, room was clean and the staff was attentive. Just an suggestion, The room would have been perfect if it had a small microwave and small refrigerator, but i can see that the place is been updated. Overall great stay.

Positive: receptionists, Negative: no room service (cleaning, etc.) late check in, missing 2nd set of towels, no reaction until now (1 workday) to my email.
