Guest Experience Report
I am writing to formally document my unsatisfactory experience during my stay at this hotel.
Throughout the stay, the conduct of certain staff members was at times unprofessional and disrespectful. As a result, basic matters within the hotel became difficult to address, and we were ultimately compelled to leave the premises and use internet services at a nearby hotel in order to complete essential booking and online arrangements.
The breakfast quality was below acceptable standards, with indications that some items may have been reused or not properly maintained. Overall service quality and staff behavior towards guests did not meet expected hospitality standards.
In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was weak, unstable, and not reliable enough for basic guest requirements.
Considering the above issues, my experience was not satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this hotel as it does not meet standard hospitality expectations.
