Overall, I’d give this place 3 stars. The location is definitely the biggest highlight. It’s very central and close to everything, which made getting around super convenient.
That said, the apartment itself needs some TLC. The couches were visibly stained, there was very minimal functional furniture in the bedrooms, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. There were stains on the walls and doors, and the floors didn’t feel very clean.
One important thing to note is that the apartment is on the 3rd story with no elevator, which can be pretty tough, especially after long days of walking.
A major issue during our stay was that one of the bathrooms wasn’t working. I was informed as soon as I arrived, and while they said it would be fixed the next day, it never was. Traveling with six people, having only one working bathroom was really inconvenient. Especially since having two bathrooms was a big reason I chose this place. There was also no follow-up or effort to offer a solution, like switching to another property.
Overall, while the location is great, the condition of the apartment and the lack of responsiveness regarding the bathroom were disappointing. For the price, I think there are definitely better options available.
