I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a nicer room without even asking, such a thoughtful gesture and truly great service, especially when you travel often for work. The room was spacious and located on the top floor, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully maintained. You can tell it’s an older building, but that only adds to its character and atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, it’s super central and within walking distance of all the main shopping streets, La Rambla, and everything else you might want to explore in Barcelona. Great location just of Placa Catalunya. Many bus and several metro lines a short walk away and cabs outside the door everyone we walked out over 3 days. Excellent staff. Paid for a room with big balcony and mini-soaking pool which was really nice. Only negatives: it a bit dated and price was a little high, but considering location we would absolutely stay again
