This by far has been the most well designed and high end hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The Chozos Resort has paid a lot of attention to the most minute detail of immaculate architecture & design, and it's evident. I stayed in the Glam Camp, which a had ‘igloo’ styled formation, with floor to ceiling views of the Andes mountains on the Dragonback Wine Estate. The service I received from both Javier, the General Manager, and Deborah, the concierge attendant, was top tier.
I do, however, want to be transparent about visiting this place, as the following items can potentially be drawbacks of the property in its current state (March 2023):
1: Location - The property is extremely far from the airport and city center (approx 1h, 10 min). You should rent a car to come here. There currently are no walking options for food, drink, shopping, store, etc. The closest taxi are approx 40 away. If you don’t rent a car, you will likely feel a bit stranded.
2: No restaurant currently on site - The property will eventually have an onsite restaurant. Because it is still being constructed, you will need to leave the site for food, should you not want the in room service.
3: It’s very new - The property is in the very early stages of development. There will be kinks as it may related to customer service, progresses, structure, communication, etc.
All in all, I do not regret my choice of staying at this beautiful property located in Malbec wine country 🍷 🇦🇷 ⛰️
