The hotel is situated in a quiet area near to the port for Gozo. It is quite isolated and there are no shops or restaurants nearby, so bare this in mind.
The hotel restaurant had a variety of food with themed nights which was more than sufficient. Breakfast was same every morning with cooked, cold and pastries. A lot of complaints that water is not provided at dinner, but there are water points on each floor, so just fill a bottle and take it into dinner with you, not difficult.
The staff were excellent and the entertainment was good, they had someone singing in the restaurant every night, as well as scheduled entertainment in the bar area.
Beds are hard but large, and my only complaint was the howling wind through the room doors where guests had left the balcony doors open at night, had to use the AC to drown out the noise.
Would recommend if you want an all inclusive hotel with paid excursions, not so much if you want to wander the areas at your own pace, although bus services are 5mins walk and €2.50 to go anywhere on the island.
