The manager has strange temper. If his hotelroom has a problem (the toilet doesn’t work and the sewer water comes to the floor when you flush) it is not a customers fault. Instead of yelling one should solve the problem. Laughing, underrating and yelling to the customer is not the way. However, we got a (smaller) room, but no offer to compensate the trouble when we have to move from our room to another. First room has no telephone, no big towels, no remote control to the air-source heat pump. The breakfast room and the rooms (both) were dusty, sconses broke, mattress invalid. Good in the breakfast table was bananas. Coffee was terrible (just automatic one), cups were dirty, omelette burned. I tryed twice; my company just once! This was not worth of 742,-/3 nights!!!
The lady, and two older man in the reseptions were kind, thank you.
