Hotel is in a good location close to Valby train station and a "shopping mall". There are lot's of bars, cafe's and restaurants just within a walking distance.
Hotel itself is dated and would require a complete refresh to take it out from the 80's. This applies to all interior, furnishing, rooms etc. Feel of the place is like from an old movie, and not in the romantic way... Overall impression you get is that you don't want to touch anywhere, just to be safe. They advertise a bar and a restaurant on the pages, but the bar is actually a fridge in the corner and a coffee machine, and the restaurant is part of a connected bowling alley/casino next door.
Rooms are ok sized but they are really basic, and as rest of the hotel would need a serious update and proper cleaning. No air-con, so summer might be hot. They do have new flat screen TV's there, but I think there was only 11 channels available or so... I've seen worse, but for the price range I would not go back there again.
Breakfast buffet is really basic, but with ok selection (served in the Bowling Alley restaurant) Staff is friendly, I guess that is the only real highlight of the place.
