The hotel is located away from the casino, which is strange. You have to walk through the parking garage and street to get there. The room key card did not work the first time. There was a worker guy that just stared at us, and then he walked over to another worker person. I asked him what could be done about this, and he (nor the other person) provided any assistance - not even a "Hey, let me call the front desk for you and have a new card rushed over." Horrible service. So we had to put our bags back in our car and then walk back to the hotel registration. At this point I'm not happy. I tell the lady up front that if this happens again, then I'll just call the phone number, and they'll rush one over right? She says yes. So, we got a new card, and then we did the whole thing again - walk back to my car, get the bags, go to the room. Then, then room key card did not work a SECOND time!!!!! At this point I'm REALLY NOT HAPPY. No worker is around to help out, not that they would seeing how they didn't the first time. So, i call the number, and no one picks up. I'm on hold for seven minutes before someone picks up. Seven minutes?! We end up slowly walking back to the hotel front desk. We are halfway there and THEN they pick up the phone. I say forget it, I'm already halfway here. The lady didn't even say sorry about the room.They put us in a different room on the same level. Hot tub didn't work. Coffee machine is GROSS - you even have to move the TV stand to plug it in.
