GREAT staff, very pleasant and accommodating. I love the hotel, just wish it was in a little safer area. $45 for valet parking is excessive but because of the location, if you have a decent car you have to use it!

Really neat building, modern industrial! We were able to check in early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant area is under renovation but that didn’t effect our stay or the breakfast. Thank you.

Easily located at the heart of Downtown Dallas. Convenient located in most attractions, restaurants and other ameneties. The room that we are in is newly renovated (I believe) with an induatrial vibe. Gorgeous! A must stay hotel!!
