We had a 3 night reservation on a Deluxe pool access room. When arriving the hotel at about 3:30 pm, the reception male manager(?) gave us a Deluxe room with balcony - a cheaper room than we had paid for and he did not tell us anything about it. When we were taken to our room we mentioned the busperson that this is not what we paid for. He called to the front desk, asked us to wait and disappeared with our luggage. We waited on that room for 25 minutes and since nothing happened, went back to the front desk to ask what is going on. The same male (manager) told us that our room is not ready and that we need to wait another 30 minutes. I told him that we wait by the pool and asked him to come and tell us when our room is ready. We waited about 40 minutes more by the pool and nothing happened. Frustrated and getting a bit pissed, we went back to the front desk and asked what is the situation with our room, the female worker said that the room has been ready for a while. Getting more pissed, I told that I would like to see the manager next day and would like him/her to contact us next day, took the room key and went to our room at 4:50 pm. The room floor had not been cleaned, the shower sewer did not work(got fixed the next day) and the table had old coffee spots on it. The water on the pool that we had access from our room, was dirty and green so we prefered not to swim in it.
This place could be a good one, but it seems like the management does not care too much for it.
