We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, booked a king with sofa bed. Checked in after 7pm. We had to go downstairs and get our own towels and then when we got ready to make the sofa bed, we couldn’t find any linen. Called downstairs and they said they would gather some and of course couldn’t bring them to us. My husband went downstairs and came back with a single flat sheet! The guy told them that’s all they had and they are booked and it’s hard times! I had to go to the car and get our own blankets to use! (Thankfully we had our own) If I make a reservation for 5 people and a sofa bed, the expectation is that there is linen available for all. So there was definitely a lack of customer service. The hotel itself was ok, but the floors are thin and it was like staying in a first floor apartment. Breakfast ended at 9:30, but at 9 am, they weren’t replenishing anything. We will choose somewhere else to stay on our next visit.
