The property was conveniently located, with easy access. The bathroom had a lot of mildew and was in need of remodel. The room was clean enough and the beds were comfortable. It served a purpose of a place to sleep with a hot shower but wouldn't book it for a family vacation.

We always stay here when we visit the hot springs. It's very clean and the parking is easy. The owner is wonderful and always welcoming. If there are any issues, like AC not working or microwave, he immediately rectifies the situation. He also dotes on our kids, like giving them quarters for the candy machine. We love it here and don't stay anywhere else.
