About half a (very walkable) mile walk to Marathon Music Works. Property feels secure, is clean and updated. It is not pet friendly lodging, which I really needed. Reasonably priced over night stay for my daughter and me for a concert. Limited parking. First come, first served. Note that there is both paid and free parking nearer to Marathon Music Works available near the park and along the road to the venue. There were a couple of walkable fast food restaurants, but that is all I was able to find nearby.
