They accepted my reservation and charged my card even though they had no rooms available.
When I arrived, I was told I could not stay, yet the payment had already been processed.
I requested a refund immediately, but there has been no response at all.
The amount charged is over USD 1,000, which makes this situation even more unacceptable.
What makes this worse is that even Expedia has been unhelpful, saying they cannot assist because they are unable to reach the hotel.
As a customer, I find this completely unacceptable. I should not be the one bearing the loss due to the hotel’s lack of availability and communication.
This is a terrible experience and a complete failure in customer service.
