Great stay in Stockholm

We had a great stay overall. The room and bathroom was spacious, bed was larger than other hotels and bathroom as well, we also had a mini fridge in our room. You have access to a kitchen during your stay, kitchen is well equipped and has lots of storage for food. Breakfast was included as well which was a great bonus for us. The hotel is close to the metro and buses, supermarkets, bars, etc. Also the hotel is a short walk from Stockholm old town. Definitely recommend the hostel.

Good, and great price

Always a nice time at Mosebacke Hostel. The room has all you need - I would’ve perhaps hoped for a slightly more detailed cleaning, the floor was a little dirty and there were some stains and splashes around the furniture. Also the bed headboard did smell funky. Otherwise - tv in the room is a massive plus; felt safe and staff was friendly and professional. Everything worked in the room and sheets were fresh. Many thanks.

Weekend stay in quadruple room

It's incredible, but i came back to the same place 16 years later. Maybe it was named differently, but it still has a good vibe and it's not onlybused by young students, but also elderly people who stay there for short weekend trips. Nothing super spectacular, but comfortable, cozy and very close to main street and tram station that can take you everywhere in Stockholm. Breakfast is basic but enough to last until lunch. Friendly staff. It's not for everyone because of shared bathroom and toilet, but worked fine for our group of friends. Would surely recommend and would like to come back sooner than in 15 years 😅

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Free breakfast was nice and the coffee machine was good. Communal areas are nice. Noisy at night, thin walls. Only two toilets. A group of girls kept locking the communal bathroom sp on several occasions we couldn’t use the showers, toilets or sinks in the night and morning. There is only one shared bathroom for all the rooms so them locking the door whilst brushing their teeth meant no one could shower or use the seperate toilet cubicles

Att som personal sätta igång att skramla igång frukost samtidigt som man pratar högljutt med någon när man vet att det är lyhört känns respektlöst. Att sedan inte kunna ta till sig kritiken utan istället försvara sitt beteende är bara så pinsamt. Synd att en förstår när kvinnan i receptionen dagen innan var väldigt trevlig.

Bodde i enkelrum utan fönster en trappa ned. Sängen var bra liksom rumststorleken, men brister fanns i form av tv som var placerad på en hylla i ett hörn av rummet, i princip omöjlig att se program i. En hylla för tv borde placeras på annan plats i rummet. En kran vid tvättstället i det gemensamma dusch/toalett/tvättrummet var dessutom i dåligt skick, måste fästas ordentligt, höll på att lossna. När jag påpekade detta så tog en i personalen tag i problemet direkt men sannolikt behövs en hantverkare för en hållbar lösning. Annars var frukosten helt ok i förhållsnde till priset och Mosebacke Hostel är i övrigt ett ställe som jag gillar. Ska inom en vecka faktiskt bo där igen!.

Good hostel

Good hostel near to shops bars and restaurants and about 20 minutes walk to old town Gamla Stan. Buffet breakfast was great and kitchen was clean & tidy. Single room was small with no window but bed was comfortable and had a small fridge. Wi-Fi was intermittent and had to sit in reception to get a good signal. On the whole I enjoyed my stay and it was good value for money.

Litet rum utan fönster med ok sängar och fräscha sängkläder. Bra med kyl på rummet. Litet utrymme för dusch och toaletter i slutet på korridoren. Något fel på duschblandaren som gav antingen skållhett eller iskallt vatten. Trevlig frukostbuffé.

Läget kanon men..

Boendet ligger på underbara Södermalm och mysiga Mosebacke. Läget 10 av 10. Gratis frukost och en prisbild som är högst rimlig. Så långt jättenöjda!! I övrigt så är det mesta att önska. Hotellet gav ett ofräscht intryck, små rum, 0 känsla för inredning, inget städ mellan dag 1 och 2, när du åt frukost kändes det stimmigt, stressat och att satt du på den övermöblerade övervåningen så satt du nästintill i köket, personalen gjorde vad de kunde men kändes stressade och för få till antalet. Det var också viss språkförbristning på sina håll. Gemensamma dusch och toaletterna gav ett smutsigt intryck, det hade behövts se efter mer men gissar att man var kort om folk. På rummet var det par pappersmuggar och en rulle toalettpapper. Teven minsta jag sett med dåligt ljud, stod uppe på en möbel och svår att se från sängen. Ändå "nöjd" då andra boenden låg på det dubbla priset och Stockholm som stad bjöd verkligen upp! 5-6 av 10 i betyg.
